Are you catering a party with Vegetarian guests? You've come to the right place, India being the most populous Vegetarian country. I love to create authentic tasty Vegetarian Indian Dishes, including North and South Indian specialties that impress even the most traditional Brahmin - you have to taste my Sambar. 


The North Indian Vegetarian dishes I love to make for you include popular Paneer based Dishes like Paneer Butter Masala, Palak Paneer, Mutter Panner and Kadai Paneer, as well as Vegetable Korma, and Dhal such as Dhal Makhani, Sultani Dhal and Dhal Tadka. My South Indian Vegetarian specialties include the aforementioned Sambar, Rasam (lemon or tomato), Poriyals, Kerala Veg Stew and more


Each of these Vegetarian Indian dishes are unique in their own way and it is quite hard to choose a favourite as they are one of their kind. I was fortunate enough to grow up experiencing these culinary delights right from people who cooked these dishes in their homes to eating them in restaurants that specialised in them. 

Paneer Ghee Roast (Mangalore)

Dhal Makhani

Paneer Ghee Roast is a vegetarian version of Chicken Ghee Roast. The original ghee roast recipe is said to have it’s origin in Kundapur near Mangalore, and gradually vegetarians have adapted this to a veg roast recipe made with paneer and call it Paneer ghee roast.


 Paneer Pieces are marinated in Yoghurt and lime juice, Red Chilli & Pepper powder provide its tangy and spicy taste with a flavour of ghee (Clarified Butter) roasted spices. 


The classic vegetarian Palak Paneer is a favourite of our customers. 


Palak paneer consists of cubes of Indian Cottage cheese cooked in a smooth and creamy puree of spinach and cashew sauce infused with Indian spices. 


Dal Makhani is a dish originating from the Punjab region of the Indian subcontinent. The literal translation is lentils cooked with butter. 

The lentils (Whole Black Lentil & Red Kidney Beans) are slow cooked to create a thick creamy dish packed with flavour.

For $19 a head you can choose 

1 vegetarian starter, 2 vegetarian mains, 1 rice, 

complimentary pappadums, raita and mango pickle. 


To add on extra non veg dishes for $3 per head, or $2 a head for each extra vegetarian dish.
