and the most authentic and tasty vegetarian Sambar, Rasam (Lemon or Tomato), Avial and many more.
Each of these South Indian dishes are unique in their own way and it is quite hard to choose a favourite as they are one of their kind.I was fortunate enough to grow up experiencing these culinary delights right from people who cooked these dishes in their homes to eating them in restaurants that specialised in them.

Kerala Beef Fry
A unique delicious signature dish of the Christian community in general.
Beef pieces are cooked in a spicy masala and later roasted with coconut pieces, shallots, & curry leaves.
Kerala Chicken Stew
This traditional chicken stew is extremely popular in Kerala, the original recipe is said to be British, but was improvised in the kitchens of Kerala by their Malayalee chefs who served them during the British rule.
They gave their own touch to it by adding coconut milk, cashew paste & spices but keeping the soul of the original English dish intact.

For $23 a head you can choose
1 vegetarian main, 2 non vegetarian mains, 1 rice
complimentary pappadums, raita and mango pickle.
To add on extra non veg dishes for $3 per head, or $2 a head for each extra vegetarian dish.
